Starting from textile raw materials, here at Tre G we are able to produce yarns in many compositions and sizes at the clients’ request. Over the years, we have invested in the technological advance of production processes and in the automation of what appeared to be critical phases, thanks to the introduction of flexible and integrated systems aimed at improving cost competitiveness and quality standards for textile yarn processing.

Manufacturing of textile yarns

Thanks to the wide range of carefully selected materials, Tre G produces yarns of various sizes and compositions based on customers’ requests. We also specialise in processing textile yarns and waste, therefore valuing all waste products generated from other processes.

Thanks to specific innovative machinery, skilled and well-prepared staff and careful material selection, Tre G is able to perform textile waste carding operations. Yarn residues, cut-outs, and scraps are regenerated through a specific transformation process that allows us to obtain products that are ready to be re-used in the textile production sector.

We can also prepare felt pads from customer samples for the creation of any type of fabric, both plain and patterned.

Trade of textile yarns

We have also been the exclusive producers of GMG yarns throughout the yarn manufacturing industry for a few years now; a brand which produces the classic tri-blend yarn via the open-end spinning process. This results in many colours in our stock service that available for sampling.

Yarn trade is also possible due to the presence of a large warehouse stocked and equipped to meet the exacting requests of private individuals and textile corporations in a timely fashion.
